Our restaurant specializes in treating walk-in guests to an extraordinary culinary experience. Open for a la carte service at both lunch and dinner be sure to stop in and enjoy an innovative menu full of Italian culinary delights designed to please your palate. 

Our menu has been thoughtfully created by our extraordinary executive chef, Diego Zanella, and our pastry chef, Francesca Pasini, who specialize in home-made pastas, pastries, delectable sauces and desserts using the freshest, local ingredients.

Nothing goes better with delicious food than good wine so we have designed an extensive Italian wine library with selections hand picked by our in-house sommelier, who is of course happy to help you select the perfect bottle for your meal.

Couple the mouth-watering food and a fantastic bottle of wine with friendly service and a warm and elegant dining room and you are bound to have an unforgettable dining experience with us.

When the weather is good, be sure to request a table on our sunny terrace during our lunch service and you will be treated to the panoramic views of Cervinia. Simply ski to the hotel directly from run number 3, coming from Plan Maison, and we will be pleased to serve you. Now that is la dolce vita!
